» Individual transfer from the airport to Hotel Villa Schuler in Taormina.
» Afternoon meet-and-greet with Chef Ric Orlando, your tour leader, and the rest of the group.
» Welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 2
WINERY VISIT & TAORMINA WALKING TOUR

» Visit a family-owned winery on the slopes of Mount Etna to taste some of Sicily's most prized wines with lunch.
» Introductory walking tour of Taormina with a local guide.
» Enjoy the evening at your leisure.

DAY 3
CATANIA FOOD MARKET & PASTA-MAKING CLASS

» Head to Catania to visit one of Italy's liveliest open-air markets with a local chef.
» Use seasonal ingredients to make cavatelli and other southern Italian classics during an authentic cooking class.
» Return to Taormina and spend the evening at your leisure.

DAY 4
VALLEY OF THE TEMPLES & FA M I ATA DINNER EXPERIENCE

» Private transfer to the Agrigento area to your accommodation at the Fontes Episcopi Bioresort.
» Make a stop along the way for a guided visit of the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site with s o m e of the best-preserved ancient Greek ruins in the world.
