SLOW FOOD MOVEMENT & ALBA

» Spend your morning learning about the Slow Food Movement and be guided through local food farms that will teach you about the best ingredients of the area.
» Private transfer to Cherasco for a visit to a historic butcher shop for a tour and tasting of the region’s famous sausage.
» Enjoy a tour of Cherasco before continuing the journey to Alba to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.
» Uncover the secrets behind the region’s prized truffles at the Fiera del Tartufo d’Alba.

DAY 3
BAROLO WINE EXPERIENCE & COOKING CLASS

» Embark on a panoramic tour of the Langhe Hills from Barolo to Castigione Falletto and Monforte.
» Enjoy lunch at your leisure.
» Visit a family-run winery to tour the cellars and participate in a hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn to craft your own pasta from scratch.

CHEESE & HAZELNUTS

» Morning transfer to the Alta Langa area to visit an organic cheese farm.

EMILIA ROMAGNA

ONTO TUSCANY!
